In addition to the USC-06 controller, the kit includes high-performance tools designed for precision and reliability. The UMC-093 soldering head features a 250W heater and a temperature sensor just 3mm from the tip, ensuring fast, accurate heat control. Its fixed 75° angle and Poka-Yoke system deliver consistent, repeatable solder joints. The UJC-213 Airblow tip cleaner keeps tips clean and efficient by removing debris with bursts of air. For precise solder delivery, the UPM-023 wire feeder handles wire as thin as 0.3 mm and includes sensors to detect feed errors in real time. Finally, Soldering Manager Lite software provides full process visibility, allowing you to monitor, adjust, and optimize every step with ease.

Soldering Head

The UMC-093 Soldering Head from Japan Unix is a high-performance, compact soldering head designed primarily for automotive electronics applications. Key features include a 250W heating element with a temperature sensor positioned just 3mm from the tip, which allows for precise temperature control and efficient heat transfer. The soldering head features a fixed 75° angle and incorporates a Poka-Yoke system to ensure accurate tip placement, thereby enhancing operational reliability.

This soldering head supports both point-to-point and linear soldering techniques, making it versatile for various soldering tasks. It is compatible with the Japan Unix USC-06 controller, and optional features include nitrogen gas supply and a needle mover for more specialized applications.
