UNI-TESTER

The UNI-TESTER is a device designed to check key performance aspects of soldering tools—used in automated soldering systems. It measures leakage voltage at the tip, resistance from tip to ground, and the temperature of the iron tip. To make things easier during robot setup, the control unit and measurement section are built separately. It can also connect with other devices through a serial port (RS-232C), making it easy to integrate into existing systems.

The readings it provides can help with things like automatically adjusting iron tip temperatures. It covers a wide measurement range, aligning with international standards like IEC-61191-1 and IPC J-STD-001G.
