The FLEX is a two-sided gull-wing lead forming system with automatic standoff control. Simple changeover of die members, combined with accurate, repeatable changes in tip-to-tip length, can vary all the critical dimensions of most SMT footprints on various ceramic packages.

Inline Contact Soldering Machine
This machine was designed and built by Fancort engineers to run lights soldering batteries to PC boards. Infeed is unpopulated boards and trays of batteries. Outfeed is finished assemblies.

OPERATION
Load the PCBA into the fixture and press start, the machine will do the job for you by cutting in "X-axis, the fixture will rotate 90 degrees and cut again performing "Y" axis cut. After cut parts will be held by a vacuum fixture for easy manipulation and outfeed.

Accurately center Quad Packs in a two-sided system allowing the leads of any Quad Pack to meet the X-Y pads on a PCB every time. The centering station and the loader also reduce operator error and handling. Flex tool, floating Anvil press, centering station and loader with vacuum. PC controlled.
Universal Robots vibratory feeder - Pick & place with Vision
Fancort Engineers work everyday to integrate systems that will increase productivity. Here our engineers demonstrate one of our vibratory feeders with our vision systems. These feeder systems costs about the same as traditional bowl feeders but have the ability to feed a much wider variety of parts.
