PHM1-1 PULSE HEATED MACHINE
Rotary Turntable Model
The PHM machine is specially designed to press solder for TAB, FPC, ACF, etc. and for LCD & PCB for its function of high-speed heat up and fast cooling down the compress air.
This machine adopted the PLC from Panasonic of Japan with its advance PID control commands to have precise & safety control over the heat time, pressure, & temperature.
Its unique design of the floating head can make sure the force to be averaged on the surface, pressed location precisely, easy and fast replacement of fixtures. This device is also equipped with circuit protection.
How does it work?
It's extremely simple to control the change of the temperature, pressure, & time with input data through the color touch panel into the PLC. Besides, error messages will be shown on the color screen during failure and malfunction of operation.
Our company provides 12 months warranty period to this machine under normal use. We welcome all valuable suggestions to improve our products to meet our customers' satisfactions.
