MOTION CONTROL

The Control Block supports up to 6 coordinated motion axes and 4 auxiliary axes with real-time trajectory planning and closed-loop absolute positioning. Compatible with NEMA 8 through NEMA 34 motors, the system utilizes multi-turn absolute encoders, integrated brakes, and simplified single-cable M12 motor connections.

The platform delivers repeatability up to ±0.005 mm on ball screw systems, making it suitable for precision assembly, dispensing, routing, soldering, and automated manufacturing applications.
