HOW DOES IT WORK?

An angle block holds the solder feed position firmly in place, allowing consistent and repeatable soldering. This improves overall reliability and reduces the number of defects in production.

Even after routine tool maintenance, the soldering process can resume immediately without needing to recalibrate the solder feed position—saving both time and effort.

When combined with an XY adjustment mechanism, the system allows precise positioning adjustments in both forward/backward and left/right directions. This makes it easier to fine-tune the setup for high-precision soldering tasks.
