Twin-Table

This cell includes two tables, or platforms, typically used to hold workpieces or products. These tables can work independently or together to improve throughput.

Dual-table setup allows for one table to be loaded or unloaded while the other is actively being worked on. This increases the efficiency and uptime of the system, as there’s no need to wait for the table to be prepared before a new process starts.

About

The twin-table gantry screw fastening cell features two independent work areas that can operate either independently or simultaneously. This design enhances flexibility and efficiency, enabling one table to be loaded with components while the other performs screw fastening operations.

Furthermore, the twin-table setup allows for diverse configurations, with each table supporting unique tooling or processes, making the system highly versatile.

Features

Twin-Table.

Equipped with 4-axis/3-axis orthogonal (gantry) robot.

Compatible Screw Types (Hex Socket, Phillips, Slotted, Torx, External Hex).

Interactive software and a remote teaching pendant makes it easy to program screw tightening conditions such as thread pitch, screw length, rotational speed and X, Y, Z work points without doing any manual calculations.
