About

Fancort’s Autoblocks Desktop Rotary Soldering Cell is a compact, high-performance solution designed for precision soldering in small-to-medium batch operations. This benchtop system combines an automated turntable process with advanced Japan Unix soldering technology to deliver fast, consistent, and repeatable results.

The platform features a 4-station indexing table with a working area of 230mm x 150mm per station, allowing parallel operations (while one part is being soldered, the next can be loaded) minimizing downtime and significantly increasing throughput. The system integrates a SCARA robot, UMC-093-BHS soldering head, and KOKI ECO+PLUS solder wire (Ø 0.4 mm, S3X-70M flux) for high-reliability joints.

With a cycle time of 12 seconds per full rotation, this system supports soldering processes with pinpoint control, thanks to an onboard vision sensor (IV3), process camera, and an intuitive controller interface. A lock-on unit ensures stability during soldering, and a PTP (Point-to-Point) contact method is used with 390°C tip temperature, ideal for intricate assemblies. The compact enclosure is fitted with safety light curtains, a control panel, and an Andon light tower for real-time status updates. Facilities requirements include 240V power (NEMA L6-30), 0.6–0.8 MPa air, and Ethernet RJ45 connectivity, making it easy to integrate into your workspace.
