The Japan Unix USP5 soldering set includes everything needed for precise, automated soldering. It features the UMC-093 soldering head with a 250W heating element, precise temperature control via a sensor 3mm from the tip, and a fixed 75° angle with a Poka-Yoke system for accurate tip placement. This head supports point-to-point and linear soldering and is compatible with the USP-871 controller, with optional nitrogen gas supply and needle mover. The USC-871 controller offers an intuitive touch panel interface, supports up to 255 soldering conditions, and integrates with Excel for data management, enhancing automation with Japan Unix robotic systems. The UPM-023 soldering feeder ensures high precision (0.072 mm per pulse), supports wire diameters of 0.3–1.2 mm, and includes an encoder for error detection.
