The AutoBlocks Rotary Soldering System is composed by Japan Unix SCARA soldering robot HFR and the Autoblocks Control Block. This system combines high-speed 5-axis SCARA motion with advanced automation for superior soldering precision. Reaching speeds of 7,128 mm/sec, it ensures repeatable accuracy and seamless operation.

The Autoblocks Control Block enables real-time monitoring, process control, and traceability, ensuring consistent quality. Supporting iron and laser soldering, it integrates vision systems, MES scanners, and customizable setups, making it ideal for demanding high-volume production.
