VPD3-1SB (V-cut separator)

Features

• Place the V-groove of the PCB on the lower blade, and the cutting action will be completed by the upper motorized circular blade. This minimizes stress and reduces burr during cutting.
• Safety distance between the component and the V-groove of the PCB is about 1 mm.
• Quick lock design for easy circular blade setup for different PCB thicknesses.
• Special tool steel to ensure long service life of cutting blades.
• LED display indicates the separating length.
• Equipped with 3 optical safety sensors together with blade guide to ensure safe operation.
• The PCBs after cut will be transferred by the conveyor to the end of the RHS for pickup. An optical sensor is installed; the conveyor will stop when a PCB is detected at the end. This detection function can be selected bypass.
