LCB10C DUAL HEAD
LBC10C Dual Head
LCB10C Dual Head Laser Marking System
The LCB10C is a 10W co2 Laser Marking System that features two marking heads which sit on opposite sides of the board. The dual head system allows users to double processing speed on boards which require marks on both sides while eliminating the need to install or maintain a flipper.
Since each head is powered by an independent laser source, the LCB10C grants users with 2x laser life compared to a single source laser. Equipped with a Cognex CCD camera, the LCB10C ensures high precision marking using fiducial recognition, correction, and mark + code verification.
Features
• 18” x 20” [460 mm x 510 mm] working area with custom sizes available.
• 2x 10W Laser Source.
• High-precision two axis gantry.
• Easy Vision Jog and teach programming.
• Fume and dust extraction.
• Fiducial recognition and correction.
• Code Verification.
• Windows 10 PC with laser marking software.
• Water cooling system.
• Capable of running in-line and stand-alone.

Laser Marking Benefits
Cost savings from no consumables
High volume manufacturers can greatly reduce costs with laser marking. Labels or ink printing can cost around $0.07 - $0.09 per label and this becomes regular expense since ink and labels are consumables. Eliminate the recurring cost of labels and ink printing by switching to a laser marker.
Permanence
Stickers will eventually fall off and ink fades – especially during other manufacturing processes like washing. Laser marking, creates a permanently engraved mark that will stand the test of time and allow more flexibility during manufacturing.
Minimal maintenance required
Avoid downtime associated with cleaning or unclogging a printer when you utilize laser marking systems that don’t use messy consumables.
