R–Series Taper Tip Nozzle
All plastic free flow
Fancort’s disposable dispense nozzles are all plastic polypropylene with a double helix luer lock thread. The taper tip design allows for a smooth transition of fluid through the dispense nozzle, eliminating back pressure.Plastic nozzles have a clean molded outlet and are color coded to identify gauge sizes.
Fancort Micro Dispense Needles
For Valves: SVX, FCM100, FCM200 and MV250
Fancort offers a variety of micro dispense needles for use with our FCM100, FCM200, and SVX dispense valves. The needles are available in stainless steel or ceramic to handle a wide variety of material chemistries and dispense volumes.
The precision needles have a reduced fluid volume compared to standard threaded types, resulting in cleaner dot dispensing and finer line capability. A taper at the end of the nozzle prevents fluid from wicking and building up on the tip.

Smooth flow series precision tapered nozzles
Metal tapered nozzle with plastic luer
Fancort Smooth Flow Series dispense nozzles feature an easy to identify plastic, color-coded polypropylene Luer Lok hub. The tapered design allows for a smooth flow of fluid through the dispense nozzle, eliminating back pressure while providing a straight orifice for fluid to exit
The nozzle metal core is also available, without a plastic luer lock hub. Metal cores may require a reusable metal luer lock hub*.

Fancort’s disposable dispense needles feature a double helix threaded polypropylene luer lock hub with a bonded stainless steel canula. The luer lock hubs are color coded for gauge sizes and the blunt end stainless steel canulas are cut and polished at the end for superior dispensing control.
Syringe air adapters
Fancort offers two styles of syringe air adapter assemblies for all syringe sizes. (3, 5, 10, and 30CC)
Fancort offers syringe barrels in a variety of sizes (3, 5, 10, and 30 CC) and styles (Clear, Amber, and Black).
Metal reusable needles

Fancort reusable needles feature a nickel plated brass hub and a stainless steel canula for superior chemical resistance and increased accuracy and durability.
Stepped/slip luer outlet tips luer-lok™ compatible outlet
Fancort static mixers are ideal for any plural component dispensing application. All nozzles feature an oversized bell inlet for integration with any Fancort two-component dispensing valve. Fancort static mixers are constructed ofchemically inert motionless elements and a Polypropylene housing. When working pressure exceeds 150 psi a metal jacket may be recommended.

Fancort’s disposable dispense needles feature a double helix threaded polypropylene luer lock hub with a bonded stainless steel canula. The luer lock hubs are color coded for gauge sizes and the blunt end stainless steel canulas are cut and polished at the end for superior dispensing control. A 45 bend in the canula allows easier access for hard to reach areas.
Stainless Steel Pressue Reservoir
The FD2G stainless steel pressure tank assembly has a small oval opening on the top of the tank allowing fluid to be poured into the pressure vessel. A flip-top handle is used to lock the lid in place. The tank features quick disconnect fittings and shutoff valves on the air inlet and fluid outlet.
5 Liter Bottole Pressure Reservoir
The FD-5LTUV is an anodized aluminum pressure tank assembly, with a fully removable lid, designed to allow original containers and bottles of fluid to be placed inside. Placing materials in the original containers is important because the curing cycle of many fluids is activated by the introduction of air, moisture and light when pouring. Therefore, by placing the bottle inside the reservoir in its original package the life of most fluids is extended
Once a bottle is inside the tank, the lid assembly is placed with the dip tube being inserted into the bottle of fluid. A disposable fluid path through the tank lid means there is no mess to clean up inside the reservoir when changing fluids & chemistries.
